WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our merchandise is proudly handmade in the United States located minutes from New York city in Northern New Jersey.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Individual orders ship in 1-5 business days, 7-20 during busy peak times. Wholesale orders 7-20 days see wholesale policies). 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges) within a 14 day return period. If your order was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit, the shipping is on us both ways. Custom orders made for specialty retailers cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly. (See wholesale policies)

Simple 3 step Return Process: 
1. Contact us by email at info@contemporaryheadwear.com within 7 days of receipt of your package to obtain a return authorization number. (RA #)
2. Within 14 days, send us your return in resaleable condition, unused and in undamaged packaging. Please enclose original receipt with RA # on it, indicating your preference for either an exchange or refund.  
3. Once your return is received, we will notifiy you via email that your refund/exchange has been processed and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.


WHAT IS CONTEMPORARY HEADWEAR'S PRIVACY POLICY?

Our commitment to your privacy is that we do not share the information you provide to third parties under any circumstances.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Paypal. Orders can also be prepaid with checks and money orders with payment being mailed to Contemporary Headwear  PO Box 235 Ridgewood New Jersey 07451. Prepaid orders will be shipped once funds have cleared.

HOW CAN I BECOME A RESELLER OF CONTEMPORARY HEADWEAR?

Our minimum order is $250 for approved business owners with brick and mortar storefronts only. (We don't ship to online or home based retailers at this time.)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally to most countries with express mail as an option for faster delivery. Please emai us at infor@contemporaryheadwear.com for specific costs and estimated delivery times prior to ordering.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS AND WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

We may at times run special promotions for free shipping, but customers should otherwise expect to pay for shipping. We ship via USPS(both first class and flat rate priority mail) and UPS ground. (Retailers, please check our wholesale link for policy, shipping, and minimum order guidelines.)
