Our minimum order is $250.
Domestic orders are shipped in 5-14 business days (during busy times delivery can take up to 20 days).
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Visa MC American Express and Paypal. We also accept money orders for prepayment of orders. (We don't ship COD at this time).
Our merchandise is custom made for specialty stores, therefore we don't accept returns unless merchandise is damaged in transit or styles are processed incorrectly. Merchandise must be returned within a 14 day period and authorized for replacement by our our customer service department.
Simple 3-Step process for authorized returns:
1. Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number. (RA #) within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
2. Within a 14 day time period, send us back the return in resaleable condition, unused and in undamaged packaging with the RA number listed on the original invoice.
3. Once we receive your return you will be notified via email that your replacement order has been processed and your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
